Location

AANA meaning “Elephant” in Malayalam a native Indian language, is located at Klong Praow Beach on the picturesque island of Koh Chang in the Gulf of Thailand. Surrounded by lush green tropical forest covered mountains on one side, a river and sea on the other sides, AANA is set amongst the best nature has to offer.

Concept

AANA, using a concept of a unique and contemporary design totally in tune with its surrounding environment, aims to offer our guests a truly refreshing and earthy experience.
AANA with its true to nature ambience and with rooms having oversized balconies with a day bed and dining table is perfect for nature lovers. We at AANA firmly believe that there is no single and preset way to handle a guests needs. Every guest is different and important.

AANA Resort & Spa has 71 rooms, split in two low-rise building with 42 Deluxe rooms facing the riverside pool, the garden and the river, 17 single, round and elevated Villas with own Jacuzzi pool and breathtaking view and 3 low-rise buildings with 6 Grand Deluxe room on the ground floor, each two of them connecting, and 6 Top View rooms on the second and third floor with own Jacuzzi pool and an amazing view towards the private beach of the resort

Guest rooms at AANA feature an unusually fresh and contemporary design entirely revolutionary for Koh Chang. All rooms have either a Queen-sized or Twin beds with light comfortable duvets, whilst bathrooms feature a bath, modern fittings and all accommodations come with generously large private terraces.

Large day beds have also been provided for residents to laze on during the day, and to enjoy those balmy tropical nights

A unique feature of the AANA are its oversized terraces according an excellent view of nature at its best, complete with outdoor furniture, for a perfect dining/ outdoor /sunbathing experience.

The AANA Pool Villas and Suites are the first of their kind in Koh Chang. Semicircular is shape with the intention of creating soft lines. Each villa is perched on a hill, and additionally elevated to ensure breathtaking views of either the river, sea or the majestically green mountains, secluded for privacy and has its own private plunge pool.

Cinnamon Cinnamon is AANA’s restaurant. is located alongside the river and the access point to the private beach, and daily open from 07.00 to 23.00. After starting in the morning with an International and Thai breakfast buffet it will offer for lunch and dinner an a la carte menu with a wide selection of Thai and European dishes with a particular emphasis on healthy and authentic eastern Thai cuisine and a lot of fresh seafood. The extensive wine list of Cinnamon will add to the dining pleasure. Location: Alongside the river. Access point to the beach Opening hours: 07.00 AM. – 23.00 PM. Hill Bar The Hill situated on the top of the Resort next to one of AANA’s swimming pools, is open from 12.00 to 21.00 and serves light meals or snacks during the day. Hill Bar is the best viewpoint on the property, overlooking the whole resort, the river, the mountains and the Gulf of Siam; the perfect spot for an aperitif or a cocktail during sundown and before heading to the restaurant for dinner. Opening hours: 12.00 AM. – 12.00 PM. Seating capacity: 40 seats

The Beach Bar The Beach Bar is ANNA’s relaxed place on the very own private beach and offers street food, drinks and cocktails from 09.00 to 18.00. Opening hours: 09.00 AM. – 18.00 RM or until our last guest leaves
Pool Bar This bar situated alongside the river and our infinity edge pool offers a wide range of drinks as well as light snacks.
Into the Rooms In-Room Dining is available 24 hours serving a variety of home cooked style dishes as well as TV snacks.

Meetings & Banquets

AANA has Meeting and Banquet facilities to cater to small events of 20-30 people right up to larger events of around 200 people.

AAR' Spa

AAR’ meaning “River” in Malayalam is situated alongside the banks of the Klong Praow river.

To truly savor the pleasures of our spa, it is to be understood that all spas are by definition not the same. Each of our exclusive treatments is formulated & enhanced with plant-based ingredients and completely chemical free. AAR’ Spa provides relaxing and revitalizing as well as healing treatments.

Facilities include 2 double and 2 single treatment rooms and 4 Thai traditional style steam tents. Additional 3 treatment beds are located in the sala overlooking the river. All treatment rooms feature outdoor baths for couples and friends to enjoy.
